N.B. Funding is subject to availability. The loft insulation cost of £99 applies if your loft has less than 60mm of exsiting insulation, if over 60mm the cost will rise to £139. Most properties will be covered by the typical maximum area covered by the grant. Where the maximum area goes over and above, an additional charge may be made. Your surveyor will clarify this prior to any works being installed.  If you are over 70 or in receipt of benefits  both the meterage and also the amount of existing insulation present could mean you are not entitled to receiving the installation completely free of charge.
